Chris brought a few delicious beers from Coalfox including a blueberry Berliner and an imperial Marzen. He also talked making home made sourdough, what the Best Of 7 Brew-off beers should be and of course The Grain Cellar’s Preston Brown was there as well.
Episode 134 of Liquid Lunch was recorded at The Grain Cellar with Brew Guru Preston Brown. It’s our second brew day, this time we are highlighting Southern Cross hops. We also sample our first SMASH IPA that featured Motueka Hops. There is beer consumed, brewing technique debated and balls busted.

We drank 9th Circle from BPB and Juice Pop from Southern Yankee Beer Company and we brewed a SMASH Motueka Hoped beer.
